Left-handed controller layouts with Titan Two

A left-handed controller profile can mean swapping movement and camera sticks or moving frequent actions to buttons within easier reach. Start with the movements you need to perform together and check whether the game already offers a suitable preset.

Decide which actions move together

List movement, camera, interaction, confirm, back and pause. A stick swap should account for the stick click as well as the axis if the game uses the click frequently. Decide whether changing shoulders or triggers would simplify holding one action while pressing another. Try an in-game preset first because its prompts may better match the reassigned actions.

When a preset is insufficient, Gtuner IV’s Input Translator can remap supported controller inputs. Copy the current layout into a separate profile before changing it. Keep system navigation controls reachable and write down any game prompts that will still show the original button label.

Verify the new layout under real use

Test a menu, a slow movement sequence and two simultaneous actions. For example, check that you can move and interact without changing grip, then check that you can open and close pause comfortably. Use Device Monitor to check both stick axes and clicks if an action seems to follow the wrong stick.

Give the profile a distinct name and keep a normal layout available for a friend or another game. If you use controller profiles as well as in-game bindings, make one change at a time. Recording which layer owns each swap makes it easier to reverse a change later.

Try an unfamiliar menu with the new layout

Open a game menu you rarely use and navigate its prompts using the new layout. Pay attention to confirmation dialogs and actions that require a hold. If a prompt remains confusing, change the mapping or keep a reference card. Repeat with the game’s own accessibility options enabled if you plan to use both.
