Verify a wired PS3 baseline
Connect the adapter to Gtuner IV using PROG and check the output protocol in Device Configuration. For a wired test, choose the PlayStation 3 USB protocol if your setup does not select it automatically. Connect a known working input controller to INPUT-A and run the rear OUTPUT connection directly to a USB port on the console.
Begin with no programmed slot active. Test the direction controls, face buttons, and analog sticks in the console interface. Then try the specific game and controller features you plan to use. Menu navigation alone does not establish that every specialized input works in that game.
Treat Bluetooth output as a separate test
The Titan Two firmware history documents a distinct Bluetooth PlayStation 3 output and includes a connection fix for PS3 Slim and Super Slim. That history is useful when diagnosing a particular console revision. A wired test does not verify wireless pairing, and a wireless test requires the relevant Titan Two Bluetooth hardware and configuration.
Make sure you know whether you are pairing the input controller to the Titan Two or the Titan Two output to the PS3. The two links are independent.
Check game-specific controls before remapping
Record the PS3 model, controller, selected output protocol, and firmware version. If one input is missing, compare the raw input and translated output in Device Monitor, then test that input in the same game with a controller connected directly. Restore the basic working setup before adding any optional script or profile.
